For every placement Higher makes, we will make a monetary donation to Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County.

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County has been an affiliate of Dress for Success® Worldwide in New York City since 1998. The organization has served over 10,000 women in Fairfield and New Haven Counties move towards self sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community.
